Bluesky is the first and largest AppView within the AT Protocol. Users can share short posts containing text, images, videos, and videos. The AppView is owned and operated by Bluesky Social, a public benefit corporation based within the United States.

Bluesky defines its microblogging schema through Lexicon schemas referenced by Namespaced Identifiers (NSIDs) with the domain authority app.bsky.
